Data Protection Declaration of the ISI Consulting Group GmbH

The operators of this site take the protection of their personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data with confidentiality and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.

We only collect personal data when you directly contact us, e.g. per email. Furthermore, personal data are only saved when you willingly provide them, for example when registering, participating in a survey or concluding a contract.

All personal data provided by these means will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data and only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and preserving justified own business interests with respect to consulting and supporting our clients.

Our employees are obligated to remain silent with regard to personal data. These data may only be passed on to third-parties when this is necessary to fulfill the contract. Such third-parties are also obligated to ensure the protection of user data in accordance with data protection regulations.

We would like to point out that the transfer of data on the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third-parties.


The internet sites sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve the purpose of making our offer user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

These data cannot be attributed to individual persons. These data are not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data retroactively if we have evidence of illegal usage.

Information, deletion, blocking

You are entitled at all times to information regarding your saved personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing free of charge as well as to correct, block or delete these data.

You may revoke your consent to the processing and usage of your personal data with effect for the future. To do so, an email to the email address indicated in the imprint or written notification to the address indicated in the imprint is sufficient.

You may request information from us at any time regarding your personal data and request correction in case the data are incorrect or out dated.

It suffices to send an email to the email address indicated in the imprint or another written notification to the address indicated in the imprint. You may contact us at the address indicated in the imprint anytime regarding such matters or other issues concerning personal data.

Objection to advertising email

We hereby object to the use of the contact data published in accordance with the imprint obligation to send advertisements and information material which was not explicitly requested. The operators of the websites explicitly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited advertising information, for example through spam emails.
